ISC4D – International Sales Capability for Dealers

A phased initiative to build, assess and develop capability dictionaries for Country Managers / Sales roles.

Roadmap

  1. Phase 1 – Trait & Skill Dictionary (MVP)
    • Research winning attitudes, must-have skills, and critical experiences.
    • Build searchable dictionaries for Attitude, Skill, Experience.
    • Export selected items as CSV/JSON for further analysis.
  2. Phase 2 – Matching & Scoring Model
    • Vectorise CVs / job descriptions and match against the dictionary.
    • Output gap analysis scores and similarity to top performer personas.
    • Recommend closest role archetypes and training focus areas.
  3. Phase 3 – Personalised Development Plans
    • Auto-generate learning paths, on-the-job assignments, and mentoring suggestions.
    • Produce OKR / 90-day plans and progress dashboards.
    • Integrate feedback loops to refine the capability model continuously.
